my life is so boring that I imagine things to make it a little more interesting
sometimes I convince myself that what I see is real
but when I stretch my arm to reach theres nothing for me to feel
my heart races, my mind wanders, then the shivers set in
Paranoia is a deadly thing
a thing that comes from within

I wish I could get over it and live the way life should be lived

this is a world that's racing itself. Everyone's on cell phones,
staying at home, drawing inside themselves. Try this: take a walk
once a day, a different route every day. focus on just listening and
watching the world. touch things, the grass, a tree trunk, a building.
feel the wind on your face, the sun. listen to the voices, sounds around
you. children playing, conversation, music. sit on a hill and watch the
world going on from above. lay in the grass and let the sky move over you
cound clouds, feel the earth underneath. it's real, this earth, this time
this life. there is nothing to fear. live life, enjoy life, there's
everything to feel, taste and hear. There are people out there who care
about you and how you're doing, one human to another, like me to you.
take care of yourself, you have a good self.
