Poem Number 294
Cricket

Commentary:
Crickets sleeping in the night.
The silence of darkness,
Consumes the world around them.
Then a soft, sudden noise
Breaks the peacefullness.
A single violin
Its solo in the moonlight.
Not but a moment later,
Darkness is consumed by symphony.
A collection of instruments
In harmony with each other.
The trees as their conductor,
Stars as their audience.
