Poem Number 1763
Fate
must be late
Life
Commentary:
how could I have already found my life's dream?
could my search be over at age 17?
you're all that I've hoped for, all that I want,
I just can't believe I found you up front.
I thought it'd take hours, days, weeks, and years
to find someone to whom I could feel so near.
so when you stumbled in, out of the blue,
I didn't think I'd truely find this in you.
but now I know in our existance is fate
and it affects us in finding our lifelong mate.
it affects how we end up, even what we do,
and I love fate because it led me to you.

I didn't add to this poem, but I read it and I thought it was great. It captures exactly how I feel for my boyfriend right now. I'm glad I'm not alone.
