Poem Number 200
I take a nap on a branch in the woods
soothing the stormy oceans
and the Rigden celebrate it
with a feast of exquisite delicacies
From up there the steps of the black cat
remind us that we are here
We love to soar on the icy winds
without judgement, we allow ourselves the present moment
To the vast and open vision
we bow in gratitude
Our heart warmly radiating
We are Basic Goodness
innocent as ice
soft as a breeze
gentle as the grass
