Poem Number 556
T o so long

Commentary:
Beeen up and down annd up again
been over fo so long
beeen oh so gone so very so gone
bbbutt i be coming baack
/ So many change so much the same
old names in new places
where have gone de olden folk
will any ever be come back
as she lay upon the silver flay
with her heart in bitter dis this day
she wondered again about
she wondered once more about
not a man or boy or broken things
not a flower in a golden potters vase
she wondered again about the image she saw
as she gazed once more back to the place
where mother and father lived happily
and little girls danced joyfully
and ribbons flew from the sky
to the second before she first cried
she looked again to that space
and without a blink
she wondered about tomorrow and
if she to would die
/ T o so long
-------
strangely, i like this very much.

Me, too. It doesn't seem to say anything but it conveys a feeling.
