Poem Number 222
Deeply Scarred, Crimson rain Pours,
flash flood warnings, electrified sighs boom
Gusts of wind shake wooden doors,
as little kids hide in their room.
while the monster under the bed snores
unaware of the impending doom
pots and pans crash to the floors
So scared, no one knows what to do
But to think of scarey things to come.
and if the light stays on all night
they'll see that there's nothing to cause a fright
