With so much suffering you existed
to watch your mortals' fates be twisted
without the slightest interjection
beyond the famous "immaculate conception"
The hunger, sickness, hatred, sorrow
~uncertainty beyond "tomorrow"~
could only serve to ravage souls
within their rather limited roles
as you servants here on earth
whilst awaiting unconfirmed rebirth.

this poem was written when I fell in love with Clare, I will not add other lines but will be very interested to see what lines may be added by others
