Poem Number 287
Wonder
---Anonymous
wonder what if there is nothing to wonder
---justin
Commentary:
The folly bound up in the heart of a child
Is trully a wonderous thing.
Is the moon really made of green cheese, Papa?
Who taught the birds how to sing?
Where is the end of the rainbow?
Why is the sky so blue?
If we dig straight down, will we reach Japan?
Why is a kangaroo?
The folly bound up in the heart of a child
Is wonderous to behold,
And the sad thing is that we must lose
That folly when we're old....BR
