You're right-it makes no sense. It's based on the sounds of the words rather than their content or meaning and it's kind of a joke (see title). I am obsessed with this poem, it made me laugh when I read it. It makes no sense, but that is the beauty of this poem, it just spins around and around and yet doesn't necesserely do anything, yet at the same time, I got the feeling, that it was trying to say something. As to what, that I am unsure of.
