Poem Number 990
it burnt through all his brand new skin.
And all that was left was a skeletin
He danced in the wind at Halloween
The scariest thing I've ever seen.
The clackity clack of bone on bone
Under the midnight moon that shown
That aweful sound, that ghastly sight
Haunted my dreams for many a night.
'til the revelation came to me
That only in death could I be free.
So I poured the magic potion out
Lit the match and danced about
Until my bones stood scorched and bare
Cursed to dance forever there.
