Poem Number 951
As of yet untitled
A voice within the night
Its calling rings, unstifled
Under the dewy light
And echos to the mountainside were abeast lay, where a beast hide.
he was quietly looking for a fight
but all he could do was bite
He seached within for uncanny prayers
but all he found was gorgeous site
that was the voice within the night
He listened to the endless dares
wondering what to do next
he could see the many stares
Commentary:
As of yet untitled comes the beast, hot
roughshod and strewn; nameless yet intending,
beholden to every pantomime caught
in the silent caress of lips wending,...
roar-mouthing ineffable vocal pleas,
inserting into each cavern a quake
of echoed fire, fruit forsaken from trees
whose meat even God's bellies could not take.
But yet, from it's insides comes Kali's worm
to set the blood teeth murdering rebirth
as all succesive generations squirm
to be loosed from it's evil eggshell girth.
Plainly, as it shatters, white lies get told,
for truth, even a black heart still spins gold.
