Poem Number 1156
The blue jays hummed ballads in the trees
As nature bowed gracefully in our presence
And with the gentle buzzing of the bees
We go weak in the knees
And thank God we're a bunch of peasants.
Let us pray

i like it :)

I don't think adding "Let us pray" adds anything to the poem. It shone without that line.
