Poem Number 1125
The promise of revolutions
Pie in the sky
A chicken in every pot
And Heaven when you die
As the earth revolve around the Sun
And the day returns too soon. (Thanks to Byron)
And leaping Angeks nose snipping the rose gardens
A song to make her swoon
A tear to say goodbye
She waves as you march off to war
And in the news she sees you die
But I will not die spiritually if I stay faithful.
And fear not themwich kill the body,
But can not destroy the soul,
Yet I'd rather have my soul enjoy my body
To sky-pot my trusly ready revolver
as angels speak the wrath of thunder
