Poem Number 7483
Pussy
Commentary:
I love little pussy, her coat is so warm,
And If I don't hurt her she'll do me no harm.
So I'll not pull her tail, nor drive her away,
But pussy and I very gently will play.
-------
Is this poem about cats or summat else? Am I missing summat?
Ped Ant

Considering you are listed as author, why don't you tell us. Maybe someone could define plagiarism for all the kiddies in the audience too.
-------
why oh why do some find it fabulously funny to post and repost childish nursery rhymes of bygone eras?
-------
we'd much rather see your own creative efforts rather than how well someone can copy/paste.
-------
it seems to all come to bumping genitalia
-------
I've not seen this before. It's quite amusing in a 'Carry on Film' type innuendo way. I can picture the great Kenneth Williams coming out with something like this. Daft Varder.
-------
I think it's totally the wrong way to think about girls. They don't deserve gentle.
-------
I think you don't deserve a girl/woman.
-------
Just because someone pretends to be me, doesn't mean it is me. You obviously haven't worked out the way that the Internet allows people to pretend to be someone else: it is why the police look for middle-aged men pretending to be 13 year old girls in chatrooms. Actually, it is clear enough in the real world. If a mugger shouted "I'm George Bush" you wouldn't expect the police to knock on the door of the White House to question the President.
The Real Ped Ant
-------
Someone has serious issues with women. And that is why that person is skulking about one of the few messageboards that doesn't require logging in rather than....oh, I donno, being with a real woman.
-------
Who is trying to impersonate you Ped Ant? You're accusing all and sundry around you, when we know it's you. Just what is your problem?
-------
All the men here have serious issues with women. It's why they're targeting a poetry site where they know women will be posting.
-------
Do women post here? That's news to me.
-------
Maybe they were all skeered away.
-------
I've been impersonated too.

So this verse, which is a child's nursery rhyme is being presented as orignal writing, which is plagerism unless you site the author who wrote it.
Simply amazing.

see my comments on 7941 below. it's the same deal-- different format/dirty rhyme every now and then to switch things up. most just take it for the troll post it is and ignore it, but a few take it seriously and comment, which is what the useless 'writer' desires.

Wendy - I don't know where you are from, but in my country it is spelled "plagarism". At least you can't be accused of plagarising the correct spelling.

*smiling* Thankyou for the correction, I'm from america but that does not mean that I spells so good sometimes...:) Sense of humor just happens now and again. But seriously thank you. I need to get a dictionary over here when I'm writing.
And your right, I can't be acuused of doing it if the spelling is wrong. :)
