Poem Number 7476
Chancellors and bishops

Commentary:
O! How I do not long for church
Nor do I long for sandwiches
I do not like green eggs and ham
I really hate this god damn spam
I do not wish for my cousin's antics
And I couldn't really care less for
That money gobbling mechanic.
I long for my beach house
I long for my dream
I want it topped
With a cherry and whipping cream
So please God, can I have $200 000?
-------
Ah! the limits and desires of the middle-class, sensitive soul in the vice grip of our "world is flat" economy.
Were you aiming at that, or am I reaching, dear poet?
-Symoo
-------
beach house for $200,000? definitely not So Cal. New Orleans, mebbe?
-------
Where did James even hint at SOCal in this poem? "Beachouse", as used here, seems to be more general...a symbol for the cessation of material anxiety, a relief which a good home can provide. But as this poem suggests, a simple house may provide security, comfort privacy, etc, but its really just a practical asset.
A beach house, however, transcends the practical nature of home ownership. its value is derived solely from pleasure. It is the "cherry on top"...and why, dear God, do you deny us a fucking cherry from youm bounty? Oh....Thats right; SIN.
"O! How I do not long for church"
-Symon Adorno-Wonkman, Theorodokoi to the Dean
-------
In Eastern Europe of course...across from the southern tip of italy.
Yep, I spotted my gem, it has a tavern on the first floor, and is 150 feet away from the beach. I can reel the cuties in from the beach, get them drunk in my tavern and then take them upstairs to ravage what the sunshine could not...
-------
If you have a beach house, why would you need to get chicks drunk before 'having' them?
-------
Because he's a wannabe rapist.
-------
Y...I'm a wannabe rapist...even if they have higher alcophol tolerences...
I gotta maintain a certain image here....
-------
O ya, it's not going to be a "beach house"...it's gonna be a hostel with a tavern on the first floor. Now may I get them drunk?
-------
You're no humanitarian
-------
