Head bowed in regret
His silence spoke volumes
"She's gone isn't she?"

I wrote this poem in rememberance of my grandmother...the doctor approached us and his expression alone told us what we spent countless hours in the waiting room wondering about!!! That was one of the saddest days of my life..R.F.
