Roosters of dawn now taunt me
With their stuttered play.

gcf, how would you have finished your poem? And Anon, what would you have written
had the 'puter not glitched? I dearly love the two lines you wrote, having been taunted
by the roosters of dawn (though that wasn't what the menfolks called them when they had to
awaken) and I love "stuttered play", it is so perfect to describe a rooster. Enviable lines. Lida Jo from Idaho

I don't even believe in muses but, whatever it is inside that lets us write, to
