Poem Number 1141
Planting little seeds
whose names I have forgotten.
Spring will remind me

Commentary:
Whosoever, this is a wonderful Haiku, full of hope and promise. I love it.
We spend most of our lives planting seeds with forgotten names. It is such
a beautiful thing to hope that when they bloom in someelse's life, the names
will be remembered. That's what came to me. Thank you. Lida Jo from Idaho

hey, big sis--it is encouraging to see the seeds that you plant along your
your travels, kind of like Johnny Appleseed.--GrandmaThing--May you know love!
-------
Every spring I pick up the unmarked envelopes of seeds and draw an outline
(with the sides of a shoebox) to mark where I planted them so I can put
a name to them later. I've never been disappointed with the results.
