The purity of
You- it rips the wind from my
Lungs, sea from my eyes.


Commentary:
This is the best I've done so far, I think...tom

I think so too, short time I've seen your stuff. For some reason, tangible reality (wind, sea) grounds these things in a way that if I write without, they just don't hit the heart like this. Mitch

I like this one also. Readily creates images in my mind. Wind, sea, and
romance three of my favorite things. Well done.

Tom:: You best be careful watching those mermaids. They'll draw you
to distraction, probably even tell you this is a great Haiku. ___Thingy

this wasn't as such written with romance in mind, opto, more the image of romance. the sea of possibility.
Tomorrow I may grow a tail and swim away and find my peace amongst the fishes...tom
