Winter sun rises
I see my garden afloat
with crystal blossoms


Commentary:
winter sunrise
newborn snow pink with dawn
while the moon smiles...........RAS

"Afloat"--with one word, a gaudy nonsensical word, Alice's haiku captures a moment perfectly. I bow to your art (and I envy you the scene from my brown winter of '99). Mitch

dawn slowly drifting
over eastern white valley
