Poem Number 1563
Who
touches
me?

Commentary:
One day
passes by
untouched......thespian
-------
"Who touches me?
I felt strength depart"
"It was i"...

-------
I didn't write the above, a quote from the New Testament, where Jesus asked
"Who touched me?" when He was surrounded by people. Once had a brave instructer
who told why the question was asked. In that time period it was not allowed
to discuss a female's problems. Also, when a woman had her monthly cycle
she was not allowed to be in the company of men because she was considered
to be unclean. The woman in question, "had a issue of blood" and had seen
several doctors who had treated her, taken all her money and she was no
better. Knowing Jesus was in the area she figured "...if she could but touch
his clothing she would be healed." When she was as close as possible she
touched Him(Jesus) and she was healed. By answering the question she had to
admit her wrong doings to save her healing. Had she left without confessing
her healing would not have taken effect.--GrandmaThing--May you know love.
The "strength departing" was the healing power that can be felt.

confess your sins one to another that you may be healed

touch me
with your mind

~~~
touch me
with your hands
touch me
with fingers
touch me
with your loins
touch me
with your thighs
with your ahhh
sighing
~~~
touch me
with your heart

So tender all of these tied together. Very um er....touching :o} Couldn't resist that one! But I do like how simple and easy one flows into the next. Can almost follow the trail it makes....m4r
