On the road to town
You passed me as a stranger
Your eyes fixed ahead


Commentary:
Funny this turned out as it did for it happened to me last week on my way home from work. I guess a friend waved at me but I did not see due to being entranced by the traffic....m4r

How many times I have done that... I had one friend ring me up to ask if there was anything wrong, she had waved and I didn't return 'cos I didn't see her.....A

I never see their faces until it's too late to wave. Oncoming vehicles are just potential obstacles to be avoided. Jeez, you'd think they'd be grateful for that.....RAS

with wrecks happening as often as they do you'd think people would pay better attention to the road. and dont even get me started on cell phones and driving, cant wait til every state makes it illegal......39
( who's looking for a bumper-sticker that says " horn's broken watch for finger")

LOL...I'm one of those cell phone drivers, and yes, I had a wreck because of it....they're just too damned convenient....you're probably right, they should make it illegal.....cecily

Hmmm. as a tech i live by the cell phone when i'm in the field.(read electronic leash) i know i'm getting old 'cause now i pull over when it beeps ····· robbynl (fading fast :o)
