fading twilight sky
silouettes the praising trees -
arms lifted Heav'ward
Commentary:
I can see this scene,
love the praising trees.
Excellent. Starr.

aawwww---I was gonna say that!!! (Even though Dr. Vu had said we were not
to use the "ing" on words.) Who was Dr. Vu anyhow and where did he/she go I

I miss the Drs. Vu. I like it when someone can tell a poet exact things to fix. I didn't know about 'ing' being something that doesn't belong in Haiku. It would have to do with Japanese grammar, but I am a purist at heart, though not in outcome. Lida Jo
