A rose in a glass
A fragrance with a message
Silent and alone
Commentary:
Birdman___I just spent some time at a couple local county fairs. The
flower sections were beautiful with your"a rose in a glass" as they
stand "silent and alone" waiting for the judges to pass.--GrandmaThing-

Birdman, I really like this poem. that second line is so memorable. May I quote it sometimes when I'm around gift flowers? It would be so nice to say, "Yes, as the Haikuist Birdman said, 'they are a fragrance with a message'." That would just sound so romantic! Lida Jo from Big O!
