Poem Number 4347
Gilded mountain peaks
Reflect dawn's presence before
Plains are graced with light...~Green

Commentary:
Green: I like your settings from your Denver home. Lovely!--GrandmaThing
May you know love!
-------
Green, I didn't know you were in Denver. I grew up in Aurora and went to CU Boulder......bkay
-------
I've moved away twice...once on a military assignment in Panama, C.A. and once to Texas to be near my mom...but the mountains are my playground and Colorado is my home!...~Green
-------
Coincidences:
Lives sharing space but not time.
Heisenberg was right.
-
My dad was stationed in the Canal Zone about 1930, and he and my mom lived in Austin until 2000. I always considered Colorado my home, even after 30+ years in California......until my last trip back there......until I moved to Arizona.......bkay
-------
Wow! I need to go back there someday and fulfill the saying, "Once you drink from the Chagres River you are destined to return." I loved the climate and culture there and rank my time living there top on my life experiences list. My son was born in Panama...He will be 11 this Valentine's Day. He was my 2nd child and, talk about a step back in time... the hospital was totally obsolete by American standards and came complete with local doctors who believed wholeheartedly in local superstitions! That made me appreciate home even more! ...~Green
