Poem Number 4205
maybe
it's too hard
to live
Commentary:
Maybe up to everyone else's standards...I grew up in a house where my mom was so concerned with what the proverbial neighbors thought, she overlooked very terrible things that went on in our house and it was ok with her as long as no one else knew...I only know that it's a choice to live...to move beyond the pain and betrayal and grab whatever chances come your way. Hang in there Q...we all love you here! ~Green

Aw Green, you made me cry. Yeah, it is hard to live up to everyone else's standards, but even harder to live up to my own. I remember when we compared childhoods, a lot of similarities there. I also know that it's a choice to live, and that is where i was at when i jotted down this "poem," staring that decision right in the eyes. I get so tired sometimes. Where do you find the strength, the energy, the motivation, to keep going on, day after day after day? God, I'm tired..... ~Q~

My plan is to harness the libido and use that energy for something!
