As I tell my daughters, (ages 14, 11, and 7), the key to adolescence is surviving it. God knows, poetry is how I survived mine. I understand the best writers are those who do a lot of reading. If your interest is in Haiku, Stephanie, perhaps we could recommend a few of our favorite ku books. I'm at work, so I don't have access to my "library," but I will take a peek for you when I get home.
