Poem Number 3961
Night is a hymn
Where summer flowers sing
Too winter snow
................................................................
Magnolia winter
A swans nest of gossamer
White wings forever!
................................................................
Spring-rain, apple
Blossom-hoarding, seasoned
Bees-glade!
................................................................
Walnut winter
A squirrel garden, caretaker
Chestnut sleep!
................................................................
Lily white moon
A crocus spring wakes
A snowdrop!
***********************************************
Summer salamander
Four toed wandering, warrior
kill me a sun!
................................................................
Lunar white bird
The winter moons echo is heard—
Migrating song & word,

Commentary:
bladestar, these are lovely. I particularly like the lily white moon haiku. Just in passing, it is not usual to capitalize the beginning of each line....alice who also comes from just outside Manchester :)))

bladestar,
After reading these I feel a bit ignorant about my comments earlier. You
are quite good at writing these even if you are not sure about this form.
I would say you have gotten the knack and in a hurry. I enjoy your work
and hope to continue reading them here. Well done.
