this is a lovely quiet place. i doubt anyone will come here. i like that. it is like the quiet moment before the rain. i hear the rain but it hasn't arrived. i smell it in the air and feel it upon my face; it will arrive.
passed by the old site just now. same old, same old. a few good pieces interspersed. seems to be a new crowd mostly, learning to fly amidst a few long timers.

so much writing is the same. rote -- ;) perhaps because there is not much new under sun of human psychology. even though our world is vastly different through technology we still war monger, rape and pillar each other and the natural environment.
i have so much to do today, but i will take a nap. maybe a delaying tactic but delicious, too!

time to hang the zen bells, just need the correct bracket to mount them. i need to get in touch with the foundry. can't wait to have this hang in the kitchen! it's been wrapped in tissue stored away for many years.

the lawyers are done with the piece. i wish i could send it home. can't believe we can't transfer docs anymore. the executive do it. damn! i know it's an important piece. it is a public doc anyway. the FOI (Freedom of Information) request will come from interested parties shortly for it anyway. that's why i am being UBER cautious with it. it must be totally defensible. "top down and water tight" or something, as Simon would say ;) i really don't want to go into the office to open the attachment and advance it. lord have mercy, i work longer hours than the president!! well, maybe that's not completely true, but ....
