Poem Number 775
Morning Dew

Commentary:
We will miss the rain
Curled here together,
In the middle of a big bed
Languid and tangled in soft sheets

Don’t kiss me or slide your warm hands…

Wait. Do you hear it?
Can you smell the wetness?

You, me and the rain are one.
