Poem Number 323
Humility

Commentary:
Warmly nestled little boy.
Snuggled bundle of energy
breathes deeply in my arms,
contented smile on his face.
He sleeps happily knowing,
that he was right, and I was wrong.

-------
Just a couple of phrases for the ages. My son, the philosopher, quoted verbatim.

"I used to be tough, but then I got hurt!"
"I wasn't falling asleep! I was hiding from being awake!"

"There are two kinds of bad germs; the yellow ones and the green ones."
The poetry of innocence. *s.t.*
