true. my brother-in-law's father is having strokes and loosing his awareness. the family was called by the police after he was discovered riding a bus for hours and hours, not knowing what to do, or if he should get off. on a positive note, he is accepting of the need for changes to ensure his personal security and safety.

he remains personable, and loves being around us all as we chatter and interact. his face beaming, angelic.. though he hasn't the foggiest idea what is being said :)
