Poem Number 334
Once upon a time in the land of bush
my dog flushed a jackboot rabbit
named Libby, and I shot her.
a birdie with my index finger
as she flashed her svelt beaver
i licked my lips
and palmed my rod through the hole in my pocket
and it fell off, no great loss, it was tiny anyway
