Poem Number 320
would the pronoun, you
like to dance with pronoun, me
.
my noun is seduction, and I'm
a pilgrim to that place
of sensuality in language
.
my vowels are scented
oriental pink, sweet blossoms
softly rounded on the vine
.
in the petals of a ripe and rising sun we’ll dance
golden pollen heavy on our feet
warm light raining all around
floating high above the ground
our crystal wings of sugar flashing
rainbow gems of light
to pierce the opaque stillness
of a long obsidian night
.
