Poem Number 3920
My dreams tiptoe through the night air
Careful not to disturb the moon or stars
they carry a basket of wishes and a quiver of smiles
telling me "Rest my child, all will be right with your world"
Commentary:
This poem started out quite nicely; however, it now sounds somewhat like an ordinary "greeting card."
Try posting the first line again and add a second that does "disturb the moon and the stars!" Then, continue from there. .....The Poetry Professor
