I hate this untidy world
with its bail-out Illusions
buying nothing but delusions
and children doomed to debt
if not aborted
the insanity will enslave
truth
while eyes full of ungodliness
refuse to weep
as the flowers on the graves glisten
with fallen soldiers tears
and the essence
sacrificial blood
drifts
forgotten and mocked
into the storm
that too few see coming.
