Poem Number 23066
`
the climb~
let me throw you
Commentary:
the slippery hands of and in my mind
grab grope clutch climb after
her
her flowery sweet and sour lips
nimble and smirking around
echoey syllables tip toeing
up and down canyon walls
she
haunts
my
dream
delicious beauty
i sing out
let
me
catch
you

Oh, I like this! Good imagery! And, I like the almost mystical feel to this... the expectation!! Well done! JFC

Your romantic use of words and images is what makes this poem work so well.

It is easy to write about sorrow and sad feelings. We all share them so much in common. How does one write of pure joy? Where are the words? Capricious poem, this one. I like it. I believe the idea above came from the movie "The End of the Affair".
