New Baby

Welcome to this world.
You did not ask for it.
But you're here anyway.
So do the best you can.
Mommy wants you to succeed
in all the things she flunked.
Daddy wants some cheap labor
for his out-of-date business.
Grow up quick before
he ends up in bankruptcy.
You can make tons of money
in this new world of yours.
When you die you can't take
a penney of what you made
to the other world.
Welcome here anyway.
