Poem Number 22535
The gifted child
wears a helmet
does he think he is going to catch a pike?
Is he ready to jump on his bike?
My mom tells me he is slow
I put spiders in his mailbox
I hope he doesn't know
His mom is a real fox
Commentary:
One word, out-of-sight! I enjoyed the comparison of spiders in the mail box to Japan's current economic debate. BRILLIANT

This is a very good poem. I like the way the viewpoint of the small boy is written. It seems to be the sorts of reflections of an actual child. If it is written by one he should be encouraged, by an english teacer or something. ~Cooker
