Poem Number 22431
TOYS
The difference between men and boys
is the price of their toys
The kid has a bicycle
Dad has a motorcycle
and "mommy" was only 25
While Junior plays with nails and hammers, Daddy plays with teddy bears and dolls
deepdeep beepbeep twiddly ding zeeem little biddy junior on a playstation game
sad old daddy on the pc doing just the same
I used to run with my dad, climb the local hills
I did the same with my lad, finding inexpensive thrills
Now all the kids seem brain dead as shallow as a rill
And all their fathers strangers who merely pay the bills
