Commentary:
I like my poetry
to comfort me
so I put it on the toilet seat
when I pee-pee
I throw it on the floor
when my feet get sore
I let it fester and sit
'till it smells like sh*t
then I bag it up tight
and turn out the light
let it sit and rest
for the rest of the night
and they say I don't do poetry
no more
no more
they tell me I don't do my poetry
any more
When it's time to go out
I take my poetry with me
so many fans
it's stank does get me
Ya know the funk
from so far away
I put my hands in my pants
and that's where I play
so all those rhymes
which do not move
and all of those poets
starry eyed with the blues
wondering why your iambic pentameter
doesn't move
take that poem out your fridge
and put it into your shoes
they say I don't do poetry
nomore
no more
they tell me I don't do my poetry
anymore

A wonderful poetic complaint. K2
