Poem Number 1990
Some magnolias or something, bloom outside my door
Some magnolias or something, perfume evermore
and on the frangrance stream swim
Greeting me with a soft beauty as I come and go
It makes want to cut the blossoms off
and put the petals inside of a homemade greeting saying
" I love you"
