on my face, like fresh red meat
at the friendly butcher shop
Then an anonymous pitbull dog
growled at me and grabbed my manners
with rude unrelenting teeth
of creatively crude critiques

then ran away with all my manners
I haven't seen any of them since
though I searched in the toilet
and every seedy bar in town
