Skin peels aways...
layers of life
scraped raw
with heavy fingers...
the cold water
brings flames
of pain, burning
a hole of majestic
truth that
pain is still
prevalant.
My skin aches,
itches, screams
at me to purify
it with cold
aloe...the value
is lost between
the sun and
the redness
on the back of
my neck.
