the picture
of your soul,
is like a mirage
of daffodils,
silently
trumpeting
to my heart a
song as happy
as the day is sunny,
holding the joy
of the morning
song of
warbling magpie.
Lifting me in
happiness,
more acutely
alerting me to
the blessings
passing my way.
