Poem Number 15498
Cape Jasminia
---psichore, ZA

Commentary:
Jasmine
Gardenia
Her glossy evergreen leaves
Her large white, sweet fragrant, flower
Pleasant
I placed
One in her hair
When we were young lovers
Walking, talking and dreaming of
Our lives
Call me
Reminiscer
Telling old love stories
Deliciously aged and sad
Alone

thank you for the commentary... I did stumble over my syllables a little in line 3 and 4... I even got the count wrong in line three... "Glossy evergreen leaves" would have sufficed... psichore

It is beautiful...it is good to feel your writing again! The fragrance of this poem has embraced me! However it is never too late to feel like "young lovers":))) Patricia
