Leaving

in tears in shadows,then meating with so much pain,you say your sorry,i feel the same,im alone in my thoughst,im unable to share ,you know i love you,i feel im in lifes glare,painful
sorrow . laughter topday only cries and heartache tomorrow

Time crawls on its belly
through mazes of grieving;
slips silent as shadows in
the daze of their leaving.

Years row their slow way across
seas of bereaving;
while loss after loss confirms
there’s no retrieving.
~ ~ ~
For time that is vanished can
know no believing;
though sifting through life -
wisdom’s slowly achieving.
