Poem Number 14679
I see your face in every flower
and so I pluck them and hang them up to dry
to keep their visual beauty to myself
and to allow your soul to escape their hold
as your love seems to have escaped from
the rapacious embrace of my arms
I see your face in every cloud
so I watch them floating free
and long to gather them up
to hug them close to me
and take them with me home
where I could use them for my bed
I see your face on the crests of waves
that toss my ship about without care
or concern for my fragility
but who can stand up before such a fury?
not I, so I rise and fall
untill this wind abates
and a gentle calm remains

A poem with much though leaning on each word....Are your words choosen wisely, or are they plucked out of the air?......I submit to you that they are both.....-----YETTER-----
