Poem Number 12079
Green and orange are brown
Brown minus orange is green
Brown minus green is orange
But subtracting colors is like
Subtracting memories, or feelings.
Impossible, to say the least.
For there will always be traces of green
Floating, like plastic bags in the ocean,
Amongst the orange.
And it will not be gone, nor replaced or redone.
Because once it is there,
It is forever,
Like mixing green and orange for brown.
Commentary:
Uh oh...someone went off on a tangent, and forgot to come back to the Land of Real Poetry.

Who cares, I still think it's an excellent poem that still has important things to say.

What's the matter with anon one, you ignorant? Is this over your head? This poem is creative, well written and has something very intelligent to say, unlike your complaining critism. Ali
