MY FIRE WILL NOT COOL,
THOUGH I COLD SHOWER, DO EVERYTHING RIGHT,
I'M STILL A SEX-STARVED FOOL.
I READ LOTS OF BORING BOOKS,
GO TO THE GYM EVERY DAY
BUT I'M A LOST SOUL,
LOOKING FOR A LAY.
GUESS I'LL HAVE TO WAIT 'TIL I'M EIGHTY OR SO,
FOR MY GLANDS TO QUIET DOWN,
BUT MATEY THIS I KNOW,
I'LL BE WATCHING EVERY GIRL IN TOWN.

Oh, how I dream of such a man. But alas nothing is simple anymore; seems like every guy I meet ends up wanting a relationship . . . why? Seriously. someone tell me, why? So much hassle, heartache, throwing of priceless valuables. Whatever happened to good ol' one night stands?

Well, people don't smoke and throw trash on the road anymore either. Everything changes. Maybe in 20 years or so your lifestyle will return. (after it's too late, right?)

Actually, it is my (albeit unsolicited) opinion that poetry is all about anything you want it to be -- language, expression, life, death, happiness, etc, etc, ad nauseum...-- not just 'feelings', whether true or no.
